Annette Tonti is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of business and entrepreneurial experience. Currently, she is CEO of MoFuse Inc. a fast-growing mobile content management platform and network. Previously, she was co-founder and CEO of Bluestreak Inc. There she built a company that was an early entrant in rich media advertising and online marketing technologies.

Prior to Bluestreak, she served as Executive Producer, Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Media Laboratory. There she produced the Junior Summit, a global project that linked thousands of kids from around the world. Prior to MIT, Ms. Tonti was vice president, executive director Vanguard, a global marketing and advisory service for senior executives.

She’s one of Mobile Marketer’s “Mobile Women to Watch for 2011”. Also, she served on the board of the Harvard Business School’s Cyberposium.  In 2000, Ms. Tonti received the Governor’s IT Achievement Award for Rhode Island. She was selected as a regional finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the year award for 2002. She attended the University of Cincinnati and holds advanced degrees in computer science and mathematics and a B.S. in biological sciences.

Jamie Palmer spent her early years unofficially tutored in life and business by her father, Lee Palmer, SVP at Bank of America. Since those early learning days, Jamie earned her BS in Accounting and extended her learning at the Art Institute in Boston in Graphic Arts and Design.

After spring-boarding into her Web Development& Marketing Business, her business grew as she leveraged learning provided from University Business Consultants. She integrated story and dialogue with unique question techniques into her sales approach. Soon after, Jamie was awarded an agency agreement by University Business Consultants LLC. This is where she often lectures on the Storytelling Sales and Leadership Programs.

Jamie has recently spoken at the RIBAR Association to discuss “How Systematic Storying Can Help Lawyers Show Value in Sales Conversations.” Her other featured topics are: “Story as a Means of Understanding the Other,” and “How Rhetorical Can be Your Best Friend in Business Development.”

Susan Kang Nam is a former recruiter and a new media marketer/principal/co-founder at Cebisu Research. Cebisu Research focuses on founder-centric small business enterprise worldwide. It and serves emerging technology brands that need connections, education, research strategies, marketing, and publicity. Susan holds a B.A. in Psychology from State University of New York at Binghamton. Additionally, she further pursued graduate education at University of Rhode Island (Clinical Psychology), Brown (Research) and Harvard University (Higher Administration/Education).

Chuck Dennis, Vice President and Senior Consultant for Knowledgence Associates, taught NIM how to infuse social media with customer service to boost engagement and ROI. A Customer Service champion, Chuck Dennis is Vice President and Senior Consultant for Knowledgence Associates of Cambridge, MA.  His consulting practice includes Customer Service strategy and delivery programs. They also include the creation and delivery of customer-focused communications, such as email and social media campaigns.

Chuck’s key strength is his relationships with customers, and his background leading the internal teams that serve them. He stresses active listening, swift action, and sincere follow-up as a method of maintaining customer loyalty. He specializes in the careful handling of “Angry Customers,” teaching businesses to manage that anger and to embrace the business improvements that is made by acknowledging and repairing those problematic issues.

Prior to joining Knowledgence Associates, Chuck held Customer Service management positions with CompuMark and Thomson & Thomson (both member companies of Thomson Reuters) as well as Northern Light Technology.

Chuck serves on the board of directors of SOCAP – New England, and is a member of the Boston chapter of SMEI. He has served on the Customer Advisory Board for Constant Contact Inc. Additionally, he was a member of the Planning Committee of the Boston Cell of Fast Company magazine’s Company of Friends network.
