Yaldi is a marketing services firm that provides highly strategic marketing solutions to technology enterprise marketing leaders that desire to grow revenue a minimum of twice their industry’s growth rate. Clients turn to us to address their brand strategy, brand development, marketing strategy, web development, demand generation, content marketing, new product introduction needs. As a result of the substantial value we have been delivering to our clients our business is growing through additional assignments and client referrals. As such, we seek to add an Account Coordinator who will ensure continued satisfaction and enable the firm to continue to grow.
This Account Coordinator position is an exciting role for the right candidate as it is an opportunity to work at the ground level within a dynamic marketing firm with a bright future. In this entrylevel role, you will be working directly with the founder, who has a track record of growing marketing services firms and has held senior marketing roles within midmarket and Fortune 100 companies. This is a “startup” like opportunity in which the company is making a profit, has a track record, and is ready to scale. Finally, the right candidate will have an opportunity to grow with the company into a fulltime position and a longerterm career.
Assists in all facets of account services and client management
Undertakes daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of client programs
Effectively communicates client feedback to the crossfunctional team and keeps team apprised of changes or updates to account promptly
Assists in tactical planning and in managing projects through the client review process
Monitors the financial status of accounts and prepares client billing for finance
Prepares materials for reporting to the client with oversight
Obtains an understanding of the category, the brand, customer segments, and relevant competitors
Keeps uptodate on industry and category trends through websites, trade journals, market research
Remains alert to client needs and elevates opportunities to convert organic growth opportunities
Creates and maintains production estimates, schedules, change orders, production specs
Facilitates production meetings and collaboration of the team
Manages firm’s prospect nurturing campaign
Supports in client acquisition program
A BA or BS degreeProficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Highly developed organizational skills
Welldeveloped customer service orientation
Demonstrable ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Intellectual curiosity and desire to create solutions
Ability to learn new computer software and online applications
A BA or BS degree in either Marketing or Business Management is a strong advantage
Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
Experience with CRM tools, Marketing Automation, Online analytics, and other marketing software
Fulltime, Contract (While this role is specified as a contract position, the desire is that the right candidate is found, and that individual will be able to add fuel to the growth of the firm enabling this role to transition into a fulltime position.)
