Meet John Antonacci

From the TV studio at Rhode Island College to The Video Jungle, John has been helping companies and brands “Find Their Fascinating” and tell their stories with video for almost 25 years.

John is a born and raised Rhode Islander and a graduate from Rhode Island College. His professional career started in the jewelry industry. However, soon after entering the workforce, he discovered the arena of sales and found a love for connecting people with solutions.  His first sales job was selling TV commercials for WPRI channel 12, moving on to selling trade magazine advertising space, eventually becoming a CMO at one of the largest precious metal recovery companies in the United States. He has served on several boards for local jewelry associations and helped bring those industries into the new digital marketing age. Currently, John works at Animus Studios creating videos designed to connect and resonate with a company’s audience.  He is also the co-host of “The Video Jungle Podcast” where you can hear him and his Co-Host Arty Gold speaks with guests such as authors, thought-leaders, marketers and Hollywood directors.

Hal Landen has been working as a freelance cameraman and producer since 1977. Since that time, he has produced award-winning work as well as wrote his first book, Marketing With Digital Video: How to Create a Winning Video for Your Small Business or Non-Profit.

Jim Egan, for 30 years, was a commercial photographer in Providence’s Jewelry District. Additionally, Jim shoots photos and video web content for corporations, ad agencies, and design studios throughout Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts.

Marc Creedon is the owner and creative director at Marc Creedon Multimedia. Marc is a photographer, videographer as well as contributes to a variety of other projects.

Scott Indermaur has been sharing stories for two decades through the visual language of photography. He travels nationally and internationally to create multimedia stories, annual reports, advertisements and editorial and corporate photography.

Create and Market Your Brand Story

Jamie Palmer Senior Practitioner at University Business Consultants LLC, taught NIM attendees how to tactfully articulate the brand. Jamie stressed the importance of telling the story and not selling the story. NIM attendees learned how to engage their audience with messages that would resonate.

Jamie Palmer
Jamie Palmer spent her early years unofficially tutored in life and business by her father, Lee Palmer, SVP at Bank of America. Since those early learning days, Jamie earned her BS in Accounting and extended her learning at the Art Institute in Boston in Graphic Arts and Design.

After spring-boarding into her Web Development& Marketing Business, her business grew as she leveraged learning provided from University Business Consultants. She integrated story and dialogue with unique question techniques into her sales approach. Soon after, Jamie was awarded an agency agreement by University Business Consultants LLC. This is where she often lectures on the Storytelling Sales and Leadership Programs.

Jamie has recently spoken at the RIBAR Association to discuss “How Systematic Storying Can Help Lawyers Show Value in Sales Conversations.” Her other featured topics are: “Story as a Means of Understanding the Other,” and “How Rhetorical Can be Your Best Friend in Business Development.”
